Benefits Call Center

What is the Benefits Call Center?

The Benefits Call Center serves individuals and families who are receiving assistance from the following programs:

  • Adoption Assistance
  • CalWORKs Child Only
  • CalFresh (Food Stamps)
  • Foster Care
  • General Assistance
  • Medi-Cal

The Benefits Call Center's automated phone system offers a menu of choices to respond to callers' questions about the benefits they are receiving. Eligibility workers are also available Monday - Friday during normal business hours to provide assistance if the automated phone system does not meet the caller's needs. The phone system offers a bilingual option so callers can select their preferred language.
